Your Account

Creating an account is most easily done via the checkout process of your first order.

Please ensure all information is correct, including your email address, as we may need to contact you about your order.

We do not keep any credit card information on file.

Sales Tax, if any, will be applied during the checkout process. To see if sales tax applies to your country, add an item to your cart and go to the checkout.

Product Information

Please contact us via our contact page with your order number and the items on the order you believe are incorrect. We will then contact you within 24 hours to resolve any issues.

Orders and Shipping

Orders usually take 7 to 21 days for delivery to the UK & US.

However, due to COVID19, delivery times are taking longer due to flight availability and therefore, shipping times can take from 14 to 50 days.

If you require any changes to your shipping address, please contact us up to 24 hours of placing your order to change the address on our shipping labels.

All parcels are sent with tracking numbers. After your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email with the order’s tracking information.

Please be aware that the tracking information won’t appear on your local post tracking website until the parcel has landed in your country.

At times orders may come in more than one parcel. If your order was shipped in more than one shipment, we would send you additional tracking numbers for all packages via email.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us via our contact page with your order number and the items on the order you believe are incorrect. We will then contact you within 24 hours to resolve any issues.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and be sure to keep all of the broken items and the postal packaging so that we can make a claim to the post office for damages.

Please be aware we ship items after 24 hours of receiving your order.

We can only change order details and shipping addresses during the first 24 hours of receiving your order. After 24 hours of ordering, your shipment will already be on the way.

You can cancel or change your order up to 24 hours after you ordered. After 24 hours, the order will already be on the way to you.

While you can’t preorder, you can request to be notified via email when an out of stock item is back in stock.
